Dale: Proof positive process works
The Sun Herald, 6/28/7 Nationwide Insurance Cos. has resolved 532 of its Katrina slab claims through re-evaluation, paying an additional $25 million in damages, Insurance Commissioner George Dale announced in a news release Wednesday. Dale said reviews are ongoing with the company’s remaining 109 slab claims.
