Haley Barbour registers to lobby for Motorola Former Mississippi Gov. Haley Barbour (R) is lobbying for Motorola Solutions, according to disclosure forms filed Wednesday. Motorola Solutions provides data and communications tools to businesses and government agencies. Last year, it split off from cellphone-maker Motorola Mobility, which is now owned by Google.
