State of City: Move on with the city’s business

The Clarion-Ledger Editorial, 8/27/7 Mayor Frank Melton began his second State of the City address much like he did his first. “I’ve made some mistakes, but they have been mistakes of the heart,” Melton told a gathering of city workers, officials and business leaders. “Let’s move on with the city’s business.”
