If you voted in the Republican primary on Aug. 7, don’t expect to be allowed to vote in the Democratic runoff this week, or vice versa. You can only vote in the runoff of the party whose primary you voted in the first time.
If you didn’t vote at all on Aug. 7, you’re free to vote in either the Democratic or Republican runoff.
