Judge Mills Slams The Door on Scruggs’ Lawyers’ Legal Shenanigans
Judge Mike Mills has just ordered the Scruggs deposition to begin “immediately”. Order can be found here. It is an amazing risk for Scruggs’ lawyers to have run with their client out on bond and under indictment currently in two different cases.
