CL – Dems to Decide New Director, Ike Brown’s Possible Return
Mississippi Democrats meet this weekend to consider hiring a new executive director and restoring power to Ike Brown, a former executive committee member with legal troubles over the way he’s handled elections in Noxubee County.
Fireworks are expected over his possible return. Also, members will decide who will be hired as the party’s new executive director- another controversial topic. There are disagreements over whether to give Rosalind Rawls, the party’s interim executive director, the permanent job.
