State Farm scored a pretty clear victory in an Oxford Federal Courthouse yesterday against Jim Hood and Dickie Scruggs.
The result of the proceedings was that Dickie Scruggs will stand for deposition on Monday morning February 4 at 8:00 a.m. in his offices in Oxford.
State Farm also filed this morning a transcript of the proceedings yesterday in Oxford.
