Lynn Fitch gives non-answer on speculation for DC job

Fitch: No offer from Trump for admin post

Asked about the report, Fitch’s office released this statement:

“Treasurer Fitch loves her job and is hard at work doing that job for the people of Mississippi. As with any new Administration, they are talking to everyone and really not saying much of anything to anyone. No offer has been made to the Treasurer for a job with the Trump Administration, though she’s flattered that there’s so much speculation.”
