Judge allows Starkville mayor election challenge to continue, rules against Mayor Spruill’s motion to dismiss

Judge rules against Starkville mayor concerning election challenge STARKVILLE, Miss. (WTVA) – A judge has ruled against Starkville Mayor Lynn Spruill in a challenge of her Democratic primary victory being mounted by her runoff opponent.
