. . . well The state courthouse is abuzz this morning. Circuit court (where Judge Lackey sits) is in session handling misdemeanor appeals and is apparently abuzz with rumors that the motions hearing set for 10:00 in U.S. v. Scruggs will not be a routine motions hearing. FOLO 3/14/8
