State Farm seeks dismissal of whistle-blower case
State Farm says the lawsuit should be dismissed partly because the claims adjusters forfeited their right to sue when attorney Dickie Scruggs paid them “lavish consulting fees” of $150,000 each while the case was pending.
State Farm also maintains the adjusters, Ocean Springs sisters Cori and Kerri Rigsby, have failed to identify a single false claim the company filed with NFIP.
