Notice of Hearing to Quash Scruggs Subpoena in SF v Hood
Judge Michael Mills has served notice has been issued in SF v. Hood to hear the Motion to Quash the Subpoena for Dickie Scruggs to appear earlier tomorrow morning (9:00 a.m.). Presumably, the subpoena will be stayed until the hearing, but that official stay has not been published.
