Here’s a different kind of distinction that’s nothing but a stone cold true fact: Tommy Tuberville will always have The Streak.
Even when Auburn loses to Alabama on Saturday, Tuberville will have The Streak.
Even if Tuberville loses his job Monday, he’ll have The Streak.
Whenever he walks off into the sunset or the moonlight, whether it’s his choice or not, Tuberville will take with him something no other Auburn football coach has carried into retirement or to the grave.
