Gibbs, Green in runoff for Mississippi House District 72
Debra Gibbs and Synarus Green are headed to a runoff as the top two vote-getters in a special election Tuesday night for Mississippi House District 72.
Gibbs received 701 votes and Green received 692 votes. District 72 includes Hinds and Madison County.
