Phillips plans re-election bid
A desire to continue the work that has been done in his first term has led Olive Branch Mayor Scott Phillips to decide to run for re-election to the city’s top post next year.
Although Election Day 2017 is still many months away, Phillips has decided that he plans to seek another term in office, he informed the DeSoto Times-Tribune this week.
