Governor Signs Dismemberment Abortion Ban Into Law
JACKSON, MISS– Governor Phil Bryant has signed a bill that bans dilation and evacuation as a form of abortion in the second trimester.
This method, commonly used after 12 weeks gestation, uses tools such as clamps and forceps to pull a fetus apart piece by piece and remove it from the womb.
