BREAKING – 5th Circuit denies Minor subsequent appeal to entire court

Minor’s 5th Circuit appeals exhausted

Paul Minor’s conviction on fraud charges will stand because the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals has denied his petition for a rehearing.

The court earlier had reversed the convictions of Minor and two state court judges on bribery charges in the same case. All three are scheduled to be resentenced based on the reversal.
