Here is a copy of the letter where Jim Hood begs the US Attorney in Alabama not to pursue criminal contempt charges per Judge Acker in the Rigsby case.
It is an interesting read. This was an exhibit in one of the SF v. Hood filings and there is a motion appended to the end of it.
