#MSSen: Espy hosting virtual roundtables with unions, small businesses

By: Frank Corder - May 12, 2020

Mississippi Democrat U.S. Senate candidate Mike Espy is hosting a “Supporting Small Business Owners Virtual Roundtable” this Thursday, May 14th, from 6-7pm.

The event details, as shared through the Mississippi Democratic Party Coordinated Campaigns, says Espy will be joined by local small business owners and community leaders for the virtual roundtable, but does not specify who that will be.

This small business virtual roundtable follows a similar event Tuesday, May 12, at 6pm where Espy will be talk with “essential workers and our unions” who “have been putting their lives and livelihoods on the line throughout the coronavirus pandemic.”

That event says Espy will be joined by local workers and community leaders.
