State Treasurer David McRae talks college savings, Mississippi’s credit rating

State Treasurer David McRae joined Y’all Politics for an interview Tuesday morning to discuss his office’s work during the pandemic.

McRae highlighted the state’s college savings plans and the unclaimed property program administered by his office.  He also discussed Mississippi’s credit rating, saying the state’s rating is a strong AA and there are monies to pay the state’s debt on time which should give investors comfort.
