The ceremonial swearing-in of Congressman-elect Michael Guest will be held at the Library of Congress Whittall Pavilion on Thursday, January 3rd at 11:00 a.m. EST. Media is asked to arrive early to allow time to set up. The ceremony will begin promptly at 11:00 a.m. and Congressman-elect Guest will not be available for comments following the ceremony.
