@NRSC Chair @SenatorWicker remarks on the presidential election

NRSC Chairman Roger F. Wicker released the following statement in response to the results of the presidential election:

“Donald Trump spoke directly to voters about his plan to turn our economy around, dismantle the failures of Obamacare, shape the future of the Supreme Court, and keep our country safe by rejecting disastrous national security policies like the Iran nuclear deal. Voters sent a clear message that they are ready for a new direction. I congratulate President-Elect Trump and I look forward to working with him.”
