Paul Minor defense appeared to have a bad day in front of the 5th circuit last week

By: Magnolia Tribune - July 17, 2012

David Debold of Gibson Dunn and Cruther argued on behalf of Paul Minor, Wes Teel and John Whitfield at the 5th circuit last week.

Within a minute and a half of the beginning of the oral argument, one of the judges jumped on the Minor team and really never let off.

Minor’s PR efforts/newspaper lackeys (unlike that of Dickie Scruggs and Zach Scruggs) must have fallen down on the job as there was virtually no coverage of his second 5th circuit appeal.
