State Farm wants a judge to dismiss a lawsuit Attorney General Jim Hood filed that alleges the company breached a contract.
Company officials denied the breach in documents filed Thursday in Hinds County Circuit Court.
“We believe his claim against us is misguided,” State Farm spokesman Fraser Engerman said. “Mr. Hood seems to forget he was an active participant of an agreement which he publicly endorsed and supported.”
