State Auditor Phil Bryant got a major national endorsement Monday as his race for Lieutenant Governor heats up.
That endorsement came from Jim Gilcrist, founder and president of the Minuteman Project, a California-based activist group dedicated to the first amendment and fighting illegal immigration.
Gilcrist says Bryant’s support for immigration law enforcement is what really earned him the endorsement.
