Mayor Melton Targets Criminals
Mayor Frank Melton’s first executive order is aimed at criminals. Effective Saturday, anyone who causes injury to another person with the use of a weapon in the city of Jackson will be held without bond until they are afforded an opportunity to go before a judge.
