Rep. Bennie Thompson on comprehensive immigration reform – “it won’t happen”

House Homeland Security Chairman Bennie Thompson said in a campaign rally with supporters when asked about the likelyhood of comprehensive immigration reform happening said, “it won’t happen . . . it’s too controversial”.
