When you look ahead to the next college football season, the view should be pleasantly familiar to SEC fans.

The conference’s top two teams have both been in the running for the national title in each of the last three seasons. Expect more of the same in 2009 as the conference goes for a fourth consecutive national championship.
Here’s an early, early look at the SEC in 2009, followed by a preseason Top 25.
Florida: If quarterback Tim Tebow returns for his senior season, the Gators will be a popular pick to win back-to-back national championships. If he doesn’t, the Gators still will be the favorite in the SEC East.
