Mike Pence visits Weidmann’s while in Meridian
MERIDIAN, Miss. (WTOK) – Vice President-elect Mike Pence is in Meridian for the holidays visiting his son.
Friday night, the Pence family was spotted at Weidmann’s in downtown Meridian around 8:30 p.m. Pence spent over an hour in the historic restaurant. On the way out, Pence waved at those waiting to catch a glimpse of him. The Vice President-elect has been in Meridian since Wednesday. There is no official word of when he will be leaving town. Pence’s son is 2nd Lt. Michael Pence Jr. He is a Marine pilot training at Naval Air Station Meridian.
