IHL board member targeted in alleged murder plot
An IHL board member who is a prominent businessman in Marion County was the target of an alleged weekend murder plot.
On Monday, it was revealed that the intended target was Thomas “Tommy” Duff.
Duff was appointed to the Board by Gov. Phil Bryant in May 2015 to represent the Second (Southern) Supreme Court District.
