Mark Gladney addressed voters during a news conference Monday morning.

“The best predictor of future performance is past performance and I will put my record of character up against anyone’s especially Steven Palazzo,” Gladney said. “I don’t know anything but public service. From the time I was 17 years old I left and tried to serve my nation and my country and I’m asking to do that now.”
