…Perry served as a Judge in the city’s municipal court for 21 years. He was a graduate of Horn Lake High School class of 1949 and was inducted into the Horn Lake High School Hall of fame in 2009.
Judge Perry was an Air Force Veteran who served as state Senator representing DeSoto and Tate counties from 1964 to 1976. He was President Pro Tempore of the Senate and even served a stint as acting Governor.
