18 year old seeks Forrest Co. Election Commissioner seat

18-year-old running for Forrest County Dist. 1 election commissioner

Tyler Wood has now thrown his name into the hat for the position of election commissioner in district 1 in Forrest County.
He is 18 years old and only recently voted for the first time.

“I want to see new hope for fair elections happening again,” Wood said. “The past elections that we have had were not completely fair. I would like to bring back new hope for fair elections for republicans and democrats.”

He will be facing long-time incumbent Charles Phillips for the position.
