Bryant Message to College Students: Stay in Mississippi for Career
Gov. Phil Bryant is imploring high-achieving college students to stay in Mississippi and build their careers.
Bryant spoke to more than 100 students, parents and university and community college faculty members Tuesday. They were at the Capitol for an annual event honoring academic success.

US and China take a step back from sky-high tariffs, agree to pause for 90 days
The U.S. has agreed to drop its 145% tariff rate on Chinese goods by 115 percentage points to 30%, while China has agreed to lower its rate on U.S. goods by the same amount to 10%.
