RELEASE:
Wicker Votes to Repeal Obamacare
WASHINGTON – U.S. Senator Roger Wicker, R-Miss., today issued the following statement after voting to repeal the President’s health-care law:
“I voted to repeal Obamacare on behalf of the many Mississippians who tell me that the law is simply unworkable and unaffordable. I believe that if President Obama took an honest look at his law, he would agree that it has failed to increase choice, broaden access, or lower costs. I hope we can build on this momentum to deliver real and meaningful reform that puts health-care decisions back where they belong – in the hands of the American people.”
