Vaccine Choice Bill Gets Gutted, States Senators Pass Resolution Praising High Vaccination Rates
JACKSON, Miss. – A bill that would that would have allowed parents to opt their kids out of getting vaccinated before they start school for philosophical reason has been completely gutted by amendments. Now the bill only allows for medical exemptions which is how Mississippi currently handles vaccinations. What the bill does do is make some technical changes to current law.
