A couple notes on the 2011 elections…
** The Mississippi Tea Party is hosting a legislative candidate training workshop today in Jackson. This is an invitation only event for challengers showed they were aligned with Tea Party principles according to the group’s questionnaire. Rep. Mark Formby is leading the event and he will be joined by Reps. Sam Mims, Mac Huddleston and Alex Monsour.
Here is a sample of an invitation that was sent to Tracy Arnold, an HD 3 candidate.
** Dave Dennis has a couple fundraisers lined up over the next 10 days. On June 14, he will have a reception in Lake. On June 16, they will have a $5,000 a couple fundraiser in Jackson with special guest Ambassador John Palmer.
