Attorney General Jim Hood and the Crime Victim Compensation Division of the Attorney General’s Office are hosting an event in accordance with National Crime Victims’ Rights Week (April 26 – May 2, 2009).
The program, “Celebrating 25 Years of Rebuilding Lives,” will be held TONIGHT, April 28, beginning at 6:00pm, at the Mississippi Agriculture and Forestry Museum’s Forestry Auditorium, and will honor crime victims and crime victims’ advocates .
This years event will include an awards ceremony, live music, a reception, and a candle light vigil.
