Oktibbeha Circuit Clerk, former state senator and Parole Board chair, arrested for trespassing

Oktibbeha Circuit Clerk arrested

The Oktibbeha County Circuit Clerk was arrested Friday morning.

Glenn Hamilton, 60, was arrested and charged with trespassing, according to jail records….

…A former state senator, Hamilton was appointed as chairman of the Mississippi Parole Board by former Gov. Haley Barbour in 2004. He served until 2008.

Hamilton was elected as circuit clerk in Oktibbeha County in 2011. He was elected to a second term in November.
