Kelly notches commanding primary victory

Incumbent congressman Trent Kelly easily outpaced his Republican primary opponent Paul Clever Tuesday, securing his spot on the November general election ballot with a commanding win.

With all precincts reporting, Kelly captured 89 percent of the vote, according to unofficial results…
