AG appeals Mississippi open-carry gun law ruling
Attorney General Jim Hood has asked the Mississippi Supreme Court to throw out a state judge’s order that blocked Mississippi’s open-carry gun law from taking effect.
Hinds County Circuit Judge Winston Kidd ruled this past week that the law was vague and that an injunction was needed to prevent irreparable harm.
