District 14 Senator Lydia Graves Chassaniol was recently honored with the
2012 Joel Chapman Memorial Rotarian of the Year award by the Rotary Club of
Winona for her dedicated community service, volunteerism and her continued
commitment to improving educational opportunities within her community and
Senate district.
