Court: Leslie Lampton immune from lawsuit
Businessman Leslie Lampton is immune from any liability for disclosing the tax records of former Supreme Court Judge Oliver Diaz Jr., a three-judge panel of the 5th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals has ruled.
Lampton disclosed the tax information in a preemptive lawsuit filed to seek immunity after he was notified Diaz was considering a lawsuit over disclosure of the records.
