Speculation of a run for president by Mississippi Governor Haley Barbour continues to mount.
The Republican continues to fuel the fire of speculation, keeping his name in the papers and in print. With 2011 approaching a decision will have to be made.
His time as governor ends in January 2012. He had been saying the past few months that as head of the Republican Governors Association, he was focused on electing GOP state leaders on Nov. 2, 2010. Mr. Barbour, who recently relinquished his role at the RGA after Texas Governor Rick Perry assumed control, built a large base, helping Republicans facing tough race during the 2010 mid-term election.
