A source close to the case says the government has “misrepresented” the results of the polygraphs, and they actually were “inconclusive.”

Robertson also said Zach had authorized him to state publicly what he reportedly told prosecutors back when they were discussing his situation – that he never plans to try to regain his law practice. And that wouldn’t be negotiable with the federal courts anyway – the Miss. Supreme Court would have to overturn its own decision about that.

Zach’s attorney, Chip Robertson, said after the response was posted that he was disappointed the feds had told that, since everyone had agreed it would never see the light of day.
