Cochran, Wicker take national security trips
JACKSON, Miss. — Both of Mississippi’s U.S. senators traveled overseas during Easter break to assess national security.
Republican Thad Cochran went to Kosovo with four other senators to visit a NATO peacekeeping force that includes more than 600 soldiers from North Dakota.
Republican Roger Wicker joined three other senators and two U.S. representatives on a trip to the Middle East and Europe.
