MAJORITY – Who Attended Jim Hood’s Speech To Lowndes County Democrats?
The individual in that picture is Columbus Municipal School District Superintendent Del Phillips. Phillips is interested in the open job of state superintendent. This begs the question of what was Phillips doing attending a partisan speech with a group of local Democrats?
Hank Bounds was never overtly partisan during his time as superintendent. Would Phillips serve in similar fashion or would he use the department to continually lobby attacks on Republicans?
