Steve Patterson: New pursuits in license plate technology…
I remember back in the mid-1990s when former State Auditor Steve Patterson lost a political crop while trying to save money on buying a Hinds County car tag. That license plate eventually proved to be Patterson’s political undoing.
Now, in light of another “second chance” squandered, one can find solace in the fact that Patterson could now realize his dream of a cheap license plate — perhaps one he makes himself in the federal slammer.
