Mayor Frank Melton’s health problems will be the topic of a court hearing next week as federal Judge Dan Jordan probes whether Melton is well enough to stand trial starting Jan. 5.
In an order posted Tuesday, Jordan instructed Melton, 59, to bring his personal physicians and medical records to U.S. District Court on Monday.
Melton had a surgical procedure in late November, although he has not discussed specifics about his health issues on the record.
