Experience Counts In Washington, D.C.
As voters of Mississippi?s Third Congressional District go to the polls on Tuesday, April 1st, please remember that experience really counts in Washington D.C. We need a congressman with legislative experience, especially with the political climate currently prevailing on Capitol Hill. As a former Republican Primary candidate, I have endorsed Charlie Ross.
Charlie Ross has the depth of public service and legislative track record we need. His military service to our country and outstanding work for 11 years in the legislature continues to impress me. When Charlie went to Jackson, he did not take the easy road. He authored important bills and championed them through the Senate and House. I know his work ethic and conservative values have been of great value to the people of Mississippi. I believe he will represent us in Washington with same great statesmanship.
During my campaign through the whole district I never met a Charlie Ross supporter who worked to exclude me or discouraged my efforts as a candidate. In every instance Charlie, his family, campaign staff and supporters always made the ?newcomer? feel welcome. I am pleased with their honorable campaign.
